Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate vehicle and location information, lawful access to the vehicle and a safe working area. Additional charges may apply for pet hair, sand, vomit, severe stains or undisclosed conditions.
Limitations
Results depend on the age, material and condition of each surface. No website statement guarantees removal of every stain, odor or defect.
